Hello I would like to remove age restrictions on my account please as I am 32 years of age

@Connorharrison : Are you on a mobile contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Not sure about the point you are trying to make but @XRaySpeX  is correct in what he has said. 

Anyone with a star after their name is a EE helper not staff but have knowledge to help out at a fellow "customer" level which tends to help people out. We are just EE customers just like you.

Yes but NOT EE staff because EE don't respond to every post at 1am.. and he sees others have responded and will jump in or any conversations that dosent involve him almost like only he can respond.. he's right and everyone is wrong.. maybe he just needs to cut the rude, attitude ..

And even posts where EE are trying to help the customer he then jumps on.. like stay out of it.. the fact I used to be on I tried to give someone advice relating having the same issue I ain't no expert or trying to claim I am.and he shut me down, insulted my intelligence and I just deleted and now to see he does it to others.. so your okay with now others leaving or people like yourself
