Fraud text ?

received this text  today. Assume it’s fraudulent. But searching Google I didn’t find anything similar listed .

ee - A resent request to transfer your number to another provider has been received. if this wasnt you. 08003213139

Anyone else seen this ?

Unsure if this is the original transcription, but a genuine text would capitalise the "ee". There' also a few grammatical & spelling errors. Genuine messages from EE would be proof-checked.
