Tried several times to receive new passcode by email from EE. No emails arrived after several tries even when speaking on phone with EE and checking it is my correct email address. She suggested I may have blocked their address. I checked notifications on my computer and there is one address which says Blocked by an Extension. Maybe this is it? Don't see how to unblock as the entry is greyed out and there is no further info. I am using a desktop computer with Chrome Gmail and Windows 10. Checked Spam by the way, but no trace of the several attempts. Any ideas - many thanks.
