Does anyone know if there is a scam going around about lowering your monthly direct debit for being a good customer?

@Diana36  That’s a scam.  You pay what your tariff rate is as that’s the contract agreement between EE and yourself.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
