Hi already I checked in the community for advice and I saw I have to go to my ee account mobile and I follow the advice step by step but I cant find the parental control settings
If anyone can help me please

Welcome to the community,
On the My EE App, click on the icon top right then settings scroll down and you will find parental control. If you do not have this, then I suggest you ring customer service tomorrow morning and they should be able to help sort this out.
You should also be able to do this by logging in online and clicking on Menu, it should be somewhere there.

Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON if you are on contract.

Please call 1818 from the number that you would like to remove the restrictions on or 150 from another EE phone.
You could also pop into an EE store with ID to do this.

On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID
