Hello @Pedro32 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you send too many text, then it is seen as spam and that is why EE have blocked you from sending them.

Is your SIM card working for making calls?

You would have to otherwise contact customer service and speak to them, to get this resolved.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Pedro32 : Your no. has been detected or at least suspected of spamming by sending too many texts to too many recipients in a short space of time thereby violating the terms of use of the network. It's a matter of network integrity.

You can't fix it yourself; you need to call CS.

@Pedro32  are you on contract or pay-as-you-go? If you’re on contract, have you paid your most recent bill if you’re on pay-as-you-go when did you last you it ?  has a Sim card gone into hibernation through lack of use?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve been costumer of ee for 4 years and I top up £20 every month.
yesterday I sent 15 texts and today I’m blocked. It can’t be like that to cancel your number without telling you why. Even when I call they tell me I can’t help. They can see very good that I’m a regular costumer. So the costumer always have the right to get help. No to take him off on this way. I’ll make more complaints even if I don’t get it back because that’s not right
