Hi,
I have had my bank account debited by a direct Debit from EE, but it was set up by someone fraudulently.
My bank have cancelled the mandate, but also they suggested that I contact you as it was a fraud.
Who do I contact for this as your web site doesnt seem to offer an option for that.

As @Verk has mentioned, our customer care team have a process for reporting fraud, so even if you're not a customer they'll be able to help you get this flagged.
It's also potentially worth flagging this the Police too, and you can find more details on how to do this via Action Fraud.

Customer service would be your best bet on 0330 123 1105
They should be able to put you through to the right department
