Welcome to the community. 

To remove content lock on EE pay as you go you will either need to give us a call with a credit card to prove you are over 18, or visit your local EE Store with photo ID.

Thank you but it won’t work when you visit the shop. They will say that we can’t. Just ring them and ask them to unlock on the phone
