I have turned off parental controls in the EE app and restarted all of my devices, but I'm still getting this message whenever I try to access websites:

"This website is blocked because of your Content Lock Settings with EE. This is a safety feature that blocks age-restricted content"

@Mark2676  It can take up to 24 hours for this to take effect.    Have you checked your account to make sure it’s still set how you want it ?
