Not a new topic, but i have started by trying my app, then going to the store to be referred to Customer services who said they have sorted it, then 3 days later trying the app again, then back to the store to be told that they cant do anything so i need to speak to customer services as they could not see the registration details, when i cot customer services on the phone (whilst i was in the store) they asked the assistant to verify my age, (i am 60 years old) i do not have a driving license or passport, i do have a UK Citizens card (with birth date and photo on) and a birth certificate, GP registration form but none of these were acceptable. So I left extremely frustrated. how can this company continually win best provider every year. the mind boggles and i am off to Vodaphone

@Johnpal    Not sure why the store couldn’t do this for you because if you don’t have a credit card to pay a refundable token when you call customer service you are meant to go to a store to make this request with in Hh date phone ID.      Sounds like the content lock hasn’t been removed from your account because when it is it’ll automatically change on the app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
