Finding my videos on the cloud

Recently I was wrongfully arrested by the police and they seized my smartphone. Just before I was arrested I recorded footage on my smartphone which should be able to prove my innocence, but I have no idea how to access the video without the smartphone. Assuming the video was uploaded onto a cloud, how do I access it from a desktop pc?

Its unlikely to that your Video Recordings have been sent to the Cloud without you manually set your Phones Settings to Auto Update to a Cloud Storage.

If you believe that your Phones Internal Camera Recordings can help with your innocence which can help prove such evidence, then your Solicitor should be able to instruct access to to the Video footage on your device.
