There should be an email address available for customer service.
As for live chat - it's well hidden so not at all obvious that it exists at all. And if it's like other live chats for other companies I know that an agent is generally dealing with up to a dozen customers at a time so there are long gaps in the conversation which, again, are highly frustrating. The net result is a very cranky customer. And you don't want us cranky do you???
I've no need for you to answer any of this any further but would appreciate you escalating my feedback to whatever department deal with website communications.
