Hi, I keep getting texts which look like they're they're from EE but I think might be fake/scam/pfishing texts. I got two last week, and one again today.
They start: "Hi [FiJ622], get your fix with 2 hour phone repairs."
Then there's some spiel, and then "As your phone is still under warranty, you may be eligible for a repair without a charge. Check if your local store can help at https://discover.ee.co.uk/d7r3m9n6 Thanks, EE"
There's nothing wrong with my phone, it doesn't need a repair, and I haven't been in touch with EE about needing a repair, so I don't understand why EE would keep texting me about this service (if it really is EE texting me).
I haven't clicked on the link, but when I type https://discover.ee.co.uk into Google, it throws up an error message saying "Thanks for checking! The link you are looking for is no longer available."
If these texts really are coming from EE, you guys need to do some work on making them look less dodgy!! (Also, if they are from you, please stop sending them - I don't need a repair!!!

You can't just truncate a URL & expect to get anywhere sensible. However that domain is a pukka EE domain.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
