Call from 01914290925

Got a call of this number 01914290925 saying they were EE trying to sell me broadband, they knew what contract I had and sent me a code that came from ee. Is it a scam?

I received a call from the same number asking for a code sent to my number from EE then I get another text saying "Thank you for passing security to access your account". Really dodgy, been trying to get in touch with EE but it's impossible, the entire phone line is a bot with preset options nothing related to fraud. The phone number isn't listed on EE's partner list or whatever.
I've probably been hacked and defrauded yet its impossible to connect with EE, absolutely ridiculous.

I got this today as well. I got really suspicious when he said that I would have to do a few things in my phone to verify my account. Told him to call back - number now blocked
