Hi @Garyhunt

Welcome to the community.

That isn't a number that EE would use or one for our Direct Partners so it does sound like it would be a scam call.

There is more on stopping calls like this, and how to report a scam call on our How to avoid and prevent scams: phishing, vishing and smishing page.

It is concerning that they knew details though. I would recommend speaking to our customer service guides just so they can make sure that there has been no one contacting us to access your account. It is also worth resetting your password for your online EE account.

@Garyhunt  if you’re in your contract period and not reach the minimum term then EE will not give you a reduced contract price because of payments made on time.    The T&Cs of the contract say you have to make payment on time to honour the contract.

Text CALL to 7726 then forward the number when prompted.     Even if this is legit that Apple watch will have a contract so you can connect to the network.  Free will just mean no upfront cost.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've just had a similar call from 020 7070 8279 - I didn't stay on the line long, when I said I wasn't going to give my details and I believed it was a scam they hung up
