Hi, 

I'm currently studying at De Montfort University through distance learning. I can't log in to my account with DMU https://mydmu.campuscoach.cloud/ when I am on EE at home. It works fine at work.

I've spoken with the university and our IT company, and they've suggested that it's an EE issue. 

Any help would be appreciated.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
