How am I supposed to order a new sim card?

Last night I did a software update on my Galaxy S8 Plus. 

Afterwards my sim card has been permanently blocked, no option to even enter my PUK code.

 

So EE stores are closed, they dont have an online livechat helpdesk, no email adress to contact them on and I obviously can't call them because my SIM isn't working. 

I can't order a new sim online (because it is damaged, I'm supposed to go to a store). 

 

Amazing, how am I supposed to get a new sim card from them?

There's also a list of EE contact numbers here , including 0800 numbers that are free from any UK phone provider.
