Hi,

my number is in the process of being transferred but it says it’ll be transferred by 02/10 which is weird considering it usually takes 2 days or so. I can’t receive any confirmation codes when I try to verify myself on anything.

Welcome to the EE Community!

If you provide your PAC at the point of sale, we will provide you with the latest possible port date so you have time to get everything set up with the new phone. 

Once your new SIM connects to our network though, this should bring your port date forward to the next working day.

One thing to check is if your old network SIM is still working, as this should remain active up until the completion of the port. 

Also if you have already started using the new SIM and this port date hasn't been brought forward, I would recommend giving our team a call so we can get things checked out at our end.
