I am trying to transfer my old mobile number to my new EE sim however there seems to be an issue with the new EE sim number as it says 'Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07'.
We have entered the PAC code correctly and the the new ee sim number being entered is correct so I'm not sure what the issue is. Can someone from EE please help to resolve?

The system with entering PACS and the EE number can be buggy at times so best option is to ring CS on morning and give to them verbally. I know it’s a pain but it’s the best way to makesure it’s done correctly now
