sim stopped working after iphone swap.

hi any ideas whats happend when i moved my sim from a 6s to a iphone 11 and now i cant even call 150

@gavferg23   Does it work if you put it back in to the 6s ?    Is the iPhone 11 network unlocked?  Where did you get this device from ?

the 11 is as new from giff gaff and looks it with a 100% battery i think i fecked up the esim porting some how by not undertanding what the phone was trying to do and now it shows no esim on the 11 and the sim is dead in the 6s as well.

im hoping a call to ee will get my number back or im locked out of all my 2 factor security cant even get in to my bank with out it be warned folk pay attention to esim porting kills your old sim for ever
