hello, 

I have ordered my new ee SIM card on Sunday, it said that it will arrive within 1 to 2 working days. I have already payed for it and not gotten any sms or email regarding about it again I only got my order confirmation email. Please I need it really badly

Welcome to the community.

The SIM cards are sent out through the Royal Mail, and this is one of their busiest times of year. Hopefully it'll be with you soon.

If it's urgent, and you're near an EE Store, they may be able to give you a replacement in store.
