New SIM

Just received a new Sim card put it in the phone, cut the old one up. Followed the instructions in the letter that said "If this Sim is to replace a lost, stolen or faulty one, just place it in your phone and you'll be able to use it straight away" Well it won't connect and I can't ring anyone for help as I have no phone, as I stupidly cut the old one up so I didn't get the two or in my case with the wife phone 4 sims mixed up.

What can I do? There doesn't seen to be a an online chat available.

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like it may need to be registered. Are you able to call us from one of your other phones? If you do, just make sure to tell them which number you're looking to register the SIM card to.

Thanks for the response but as I intimated in my posting I have no other phone availible to me and was hoping to speak with someone via a chat room.

If you are able to connect a WiFi-router from any of your phones, you could install Skype and call CS on +44 800 0798586

Otherwise, I would suggest borrowing a phone from a friend or relative, to make the call.
