Hi, my sim has stopped working, please help

What happens when you try to make a call or text?

A loyal (was)  customer for more than 10 years,  Sim card won't register on your network, and everytime I try to fix this 
ee wants to send a text to the phone that can't connect to their network. I must say since merged with BT you really have gone down the Cellnet road, unusable and soon to be un used
Any actual help would be quite nice.

Are you able to test your SIM in another device?

When you are receiving a text is this for a PIN?

Have you tried a replacement SIM?

Look all my phones all 4 of them are put of contract an hour ago you said you phone me in 15 minutes. You're billing me the full price for phones I already own. And tesco are less than 2 miles away. What would you do ?

And no I'm not risking another phone possibly the worst advice I've ever receive. Can't you issue an esim for the phone in question as I say Tesco is 2 miles from me EE is a 70 mile round trip......

Where on earth could I get a replacement sim ?

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received a call back.

Did you request a call back by calling 150?

If yes, please try selecting option two and waiting to connect to an agent.

You can get a replacement SIM by giving us a call, visiting your local EE Store or ordering online.
