Hi @Guhad1
Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that the SIM is lost.
To order a replacement SIM and block the old one, you'll need to follow the instructions on this Lost or Stolen Mobile Phone help page.

@Ranainuk07 : Why do you need 1?
Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
You can only use the online form when you just need a different sized SIM for a new phone.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Alextodorovgrou,
Welcome to the EE Community
How and when was it you ordered your replacement SIM?
Replacement SIMs will be sent Royal Mail First class and should arrive within 3 working days.
Why was it you needed a replacement SIM, had your current one been lost?

You wouldn't receive any details about delivery @Alextodorovgrou, as the SIM card is just sent by standard post with no tracking details.
As it is just in the post, there can be delays in it being delivered.
If you've not had the SIM in the next couple of days you can give our customer services team a call to check the status and arrange for another one to be sent if needed.
Alternatively, if it is a replacement SIM, and you are the account holder, you can visit an EE store with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they'll be able to issue a SIM for you.
Michael
