problem with calls connections

hey, I transferred my number from gg to ee yesterday and since then I can't make calls, I can't call the info line either... any advice? I turned my phone off and on 20 times

FYI you have a short time after posting to edit your reply, negating the need for multiple short responses.
If you've received the "port-in complete" message, and still have issues, then something is clearly awry and will likely only be resolved by EE-CS intervention.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Have you received the text notification to advise of port-in complete? Does your phone show network coverage?
