I have a physical sim how to I get it changed to a e sim?

Like @Schockwave mentioned, we currently only have eSIMs available on pay monthly, but if this is all good then it's definitely something our retail stores can look into for you.

Just be aware you'll need a valid passport or UK driving license to get this switched.

Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or contract? On Pay as you go there is no way of having E-Sim, it is only available for contract customers.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
