Moved from O2 yesterday, put sim in my iphone 13 and used it and my correct number showed when calling another mobile.
Today a new number is showing and all calls to my original number are going to VM.
Ive turned the phone off and on to no avail.
This wont be good for my business

@LC65 Turn off iMessage and FaceTime then restart the device, now check your number is correct in Settings>Phone. If it is you can enable iMessage and FaceTime.
This issue was caused because you enabling iMessage and FaceTime before your number got ported and iMessage and FaceTime latch on the the number that on the sim even after you port a number over.

Thanks @LC65.
If you make a call to a friend or family member from your phone, which number shows up?

Thanks @LC65.
This would suggest the port isn't fully completed.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check the current status of your number port.
You will be able to call 150 from the new number.

yes, 100%, just spoken to EE.
Could have been avoided with a simple explanation of the porting process/timescales, perhaps a guide within the sim envelope.
Many thanks everyone

There is some info, including the timescales, on this EE help page

- [Roaming] Data works but not calls, "Server not available" message in Roaming
- Has anyone had the free EU roaming activated? in Roaming
- SIM not provisioned in SIM cards & Porting
- EE Roaming - Help when abroad with your EE phone or device in Roaming
- moved to EE from O2 but message to some shows the O2 number not my ported EE one in SIM cards & Porting
