Sim Card not receiving messages or calls

Hi family,I have sim card which is not receiving or accepting calls at the moment. I need it for my online activation which I used it for .I need help 😫

You have asked the question in SIM cards and porting, did you port your number from another network and if so, when did you do so?

 

Have you tried rebooting your phone, porting numbers will not be done over the weekend.

Is it on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, when did you last use it?

 

Can you text from it? If so, What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
