Hi when i receive my phone upgrade do i swap the sim over from my existing phone or do i have to wait for my number to be transferred to the new phone

Unless you have asked for another SIM then use your existing SIM.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi there @carl254 

Thanks for posting on the community. 

Just to add to @Northerner 's advice, you may be sent a new SIM card with an upgrade, if you're current SIM is not ready for all services that comes with your new plan. 

If you do get a new SIM sent you're current SIM should stay active until this arrives and you register the SIM card with the same number. 

This is easy to register using the Activate your SIM page online.
