I am transferring from another supplier to the above.
I purchased one of the above yesterday online which also gave the option to keep the same number.
I have entered PAC code online as requested on the same application form for above.
There was no option to ask for sim card but on looking at this site today, this is an option.
Will an EE sim card be automatically sent out to me as part of the package please?

Thanks for coming here.
If you have ordered a new EE Pay as you go subscription pack on the EE Shop and completed all the details for your address and the PAC a new EE SIM will be sent to you.

Once you have the SIM and have used this for a call or text to activate, the number will transfer the next working day for you 🙂

Morning,
The new sim has arrived - yay!
In my phone settings, the data is showing as 2GB but I ordered the £10 package with 20GB.
I am in my EE account online but I can't see how to view what has been allocated to me.
I have also tried online t use the facility to link my sim/phone to my account but this does not appear to work for me?
Can you advise please.

Hi @PM071
Can you text BALANCE to 150 using the EE SIM, the data allowance for the pack will show for you.
Once the SIM has been used and activated, you will be able to set up the online EE account 🙂
