I signed a contract with you with a pack code to keep my old number [edited] , but you sent me a SIM card with a new number [edited] . Pack code [edited] . My account number is [edited] . I updated my phone many times, but my old number never came back .I ask you to solve this problem as soon as possible.I’ve already written a complaint 2 times, but no answer, I’m furious. What is this, they don’t give me an answer. The use of the pack code ends on November 27. Solve the problem urgently.

You will be provided a temporary number with your EE SIM till your number port is complete.
When did you provide us with your PAC code?
