pac code problems

i cant get a pac code as my phone isnt working and i cant go to shop this is getting ridiculous they have messed me around for 2 weeks .Surely there is some way to get pac code through email or on here i am going crazy can anyone help please.

Do you want to:
- Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
- Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?

i have a new phone with id mobile, new contract cancelled with ee. but my old phone with ee doesnt work and i have no other way of getting the pac code.So how do i get the pac code.

By phoning CS but if you've already cancelled your contract with EE there's no no. to port nor PAC to give. You use PACs instead of cancelling with EE not as well as.
