number transfer not worked

New to EE from O2, PAC code sent and my old number has transferred to EE but when anyone rings they get the number you have called is not recognised.  Tried to log onto account they said they were sending a verification code and nothing has come .Unable to do anything on the phone Not impressed, any clues on how to resolve this

Same here, transferred PAC, messages to say transfer is complete but nobody can ring or message me. I can ring out and the caller display is the number I want to keep but no one can contact me, not great for work. Got my first bill today too!

You only need to post once with a particular query.

Most importantly, when exactly did you port-in? Secondly, is there any pattern to the users who can't call on your ported-in number...

Are they all on a particular network? Are they all non-EE users? What number is sent when you make an outbound call?

Assuming you've restarted your phone, you'll likely be best reporting the problem to EE-CS who have access to your individual account - but having a check of the points above may help pinpoint where the issue is.
