hi
when i try to complete the number port it says my pac code is invalid. its the one BT mobile have emailed and text me. any advice on how to resolve this?

Are you trying to complete this using the online form?
Is your PAC in the form of three letters followed by six numbers?

yes and yes. The form says the pac code isn’t correct though. I’ve checked with bt and it’s definitely it.

If the form isn't accepting it, the best thing to do it to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
They'll be able to try and do this manually for you.
