Hi, hope somebody can help me.
Bought a new EE sim card when I bought BT Wifi for my home last monday 11th Oct. BT things arrived and Sim card never did.
Requested the PAC from my phone number provider to swich to EE, and started the conversion on My EE account. After I requested the PAC I was left without service automatically on my phone and is being 3 days now and EE haven't changed my number nor gave me service.
1) When will the number swich will be completed? I cant even call customer service! no chat and no nearby EE shop.
2) Can I request an eSim card if I didnt received the physical one?

Welcome to the community.
The service on your old SIM card shouldn't turn off until your number switches over. I would recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team to check your account. Yes, an eSIM replacement is an option.
