new sim card does not connect to the service

new sim card in an older phone to replace the one I lost, does not connect to the service, so cannot receive the pin code necessary to activate it.

If you have been sent a sim by EE as a replacement call freephone 0800 956 3146 and a tech advisor will be able to activate your replacement sim.
