Take phone & into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

and i can't go in store as they only do it if i'm on a contract.

i'll do it online, thanks i didn't know about that site!

@lukegriff282  You can not do it online as this is for a replacement sim because you already have a working sim but you have a new device that your current sim doesn’t fit.   You’ll be sent a text that obviously you will not receive to confirm that order.    Your options are go to a store with ID or call customer service from a different working device to request a replacement sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

i can't go into a store as they will only do it if i sign up to a contract... i did it online and got a confirmation email saying the card will be with me in 2 working days, so hopefully tomorrow
