I'm wondering the same. Ordered a sim online and entered my code from Lebara to EE. Both sims are active but my number should of ported 3 days ago??

Your post has been moved to a new thread.
If you have provided your PAC, received the "port in complete" notification but still have service issues after restarting your phone - then account access is needed to advise.
EE CS are on 150 from your mobile and have that necessary account access.
