Can’t make calls or receive calls on digital voice

Changed to digital voice on Wednesday 19th March still can’t make or receive calls spoken to various advisors but still nothing waiting for a call back this is a vulnerable 89 year old  persons landline and their only contact as they are unable to us...

Resolved! How to access live chat?

When pressing the 'help' button on the ee website I no longer am able to start a live text chat. Is this feature no longer available? Or is it restricted to certain hours/days? Thanks.

Abroad in the US, can't call or text 150

I'm abroad in the States and I have a contract with EE that includes roaming. I am able to use data but I can't send or receive texts or calls, including to 150. I have tried turning the phone on and off, as well as switching the network selection. 

Cancelled EU roaming add on by mistake
