Hi,
I ordered 2 Sims on 19th Sept and they said i should get them within 2 or3 days and they still have not arrived. who and how do I contact EE to find out where they are ?
I've tried ringing them and the wait on the phone is telling me there is a queue and I'll be answered in 1hr 15mins ???
Have I made the correct decision to swap to EE ???

You should have received them by now. You can either contact customer service, press 1 and then 2 and speak to upgrades, it should not take too long, they are very busy at the weekend, though, with fewer staff, I suspect, again because it is the weekend, and depending on what customers are ringing up about can take a long time.
I would suggest hanging up and trying again at a later time and hopefully get through quicker.
If you are near an EE high street store and have photo ID, just pop in there and they should provide you with the SIM cards.

Are these contract or PAYG Sims.
You are relying on your local postal service for delivery.
