Hi, I recently received a new IPhone as a gift from my employer, I set it up yesterday and transferred my SIM to an ESIM. The phone was working fine yesterday but today I have no service at all and I keep being told that my account is ineligible? I have tried deleting the eSIM but in order to get a new one I need to receive a text code, I can’t receive the code as I have no service.
can anyone help with this?

If you have deleted your eSIM, you would need a replacement SIM.
To replace this, you can get in touch and speak with our guides, or visit an EE Store with photo ID and the team will get this replaced for you.
