hi.My SIM hasn't been working for a week.Keeps saying no SIM or network coverage on my phone. i bought a new SIM,but i need to keep my old number and my credit.how do i do this.please help thank you phil.

hi xrayspex. i have managed to sort it out.i ordered a replacement sim keeping my original number. so everything should be o.k.thank you for your time. phil.

Hi.it is on payg.i have the £1 package every seven days which I don't want
to lose. this is adequate for me as I don't use my phone every day
