I am the treasurer of a charity and we have a business plan with 3 lines. Two of the lines are on esim. One seems to be working fine but since yesterday 1 has gone completely blank with no network at all. Please can you help as it is affecting the charity and its activities?

Restarting the phone in question would be a good first check.
You would need to contact CS if that fails to restore - if the phone is dual-SIM you could put a known-working physical SIM in to further identify whether the issue is with the SIM or the phone.

Thank you. Did speak with CS and all sorted. It seems for some odd reason, the physical SIM got activated and so the eSIM was automatically deactivated.
