Tried activating a eSim this morning for my iPhone 11 Pro but when it sends an activation code through it says the code is invalid. Have tried 5 different codes now. Anyone experienced this issue before and gotten a resolution that doesn’t require sitting on hold for ages?

Same issue yesterday for me too, gave up in the end. Not tried it since. I was swapping existing physical sim to esim, but the SMS which came through kept saying wrong code, tried resending 20 times and tried again a few hours later. Then gave up. Is it working today?

Is it a new SIM or a replacement, @jrhop?
May be worth giving it another try and entering the code manually.

Hi @Christopher_G I was downloading an eSIM through My EE app. The install part is working fine, the issue is when the verification code comes through via SMS. It said wrong code each time after typing it in. Same as the original post.

Are you connected to WiFi when you're trying to enter the code or mobile internet, @jrhop?
Could you try both please (if possible)?

Yes @Christopher_G tried both and both connected at the same time.
