eSim - wasn't included & upgraded phone won't work

I upgraded to a Samsung S23 yesterday.  The phone has arrived & I'm busy copying data over from my old phone.  It's asking for an eSim but one wasn't included in the package & there's no details about this with the phone.  I have no idea what it is or how I get one to make my phone usable.  Help?

An eSim by its design is an Intangible Product so you wont find one anywhere or in your Phones box.

Just put your old Sim in your new phone and make sure your Sim Settings (or Sims, if its a Dual Sim Phone) are set for Normal (Physical Sim) rather than an eSim.
