I ordered an eSIM earlier this afternoon, I received an order confirmation and direct debit information but no email with my eSIM.

 

I’ve downloaded the app and signed in but it’s saying my account is closed (I am a previous customer)

when will I get my eSIM

Same problem here , ordered esim and still dont recived , only confirmation emeil , will wait to tomorrow, if not gone receive , gone move to other network

@Bendolden89 @lasek , if you were customers previously and your account is saying closed, you will have to ring customer service to refresh your account and set it up again.
