Hi

24hours before I travelled I requested that my sim be turned into and eSIM, 40 minutes before I boarded my phone was disconnected, I couldnt even call my mum to tell her ive taken off! 

I also bought a bundle that should have allowed me to call the UK, but all of tat is in the bin. 

Can anyone help?
