I've just started a 24-month contract with EE and selected to use the eSIM for my mobile data, I was told I would be given the QR code when receiving my Email confirmation of the order. I've received the email confirmation but no eSIM QR code. I can not ring up as I have no mobile number as I'm trying to transfer my mobile number to EE from Vodaphone.
please can someone help me with what I should do.

Welcome to the community,
You first need to receive a physical SIM Card from EE before you can change ton an E-Sim, then you can request the QR Code for the E-Sim.

Oh really. After I purchased I was presented with the screen with the QR code but I clicked it off by accident. When purchasing I also selected an eSIM card and not a SIM card so I'm unsure whether I will get a SIM card.
If I selected eSIM card at checkout, will I be send a SIM card and a eSIM card QR code?
