eSIM has issue

I have transferred my phone number to eSIM from iPhone 13 to 15. 
In mobile service settings, The 13 says phone number has successfully transferred to 15 and the SIM card will now no longer work, however I have no signal on the 15 and cannot see any options to add the eSIM. 
All other data has transferred across without issue.
So I have 2 phones with no network - any help?

Could you restart the phone this morning and let me know if it's working now please?
