On Monday I noticed on my iPhone that a new eSIM was pushed out. I tried to install it which in hindsight probably wasn’t a good idea especially as it took 24 hours to activate with the help of an agent . My question is, is it normal for an eSIM to be pushed out especially as I didn’t order it? I don’t believe it was a scam as I hadn’t received an email or text

I'm really sorry to hear that, @muttsnut
I recommend continuing to discuss this with our Mobile Care team so they can look to find a solution to this with you.

The solution they have found is to demand the £250 of fraudulent purchases is paid by me, or I get cut off and thr ballifs sent round! Great way to treat your customers. Provide an easy method for criminals to run up huge bills, then pursue the innocent customer.
I'll be taking this to offcom, citizens advice, watchdog and as many other complaints avenues I can find. Thanks for nothing ee

I'm sorry to hear this hasn't been resolved yet, @muttsnut
Have you raised a complaint at any point?
